The SKULL was first released in 2011. It was the first watch to bear the name of designer Fiona Krüger. . It's skull-shaped case measures 57.4 x 41.3 mm. IT is powered by the TechnoTime 718 movement - in this case sans date.
Introduced in 2014, BLACK SKULL is Fiona Krüger’s second time piece, a darker interpretation of the 17th century skull watch of Mary Queen of Scots, the Mexican celebration of Dia de Los Muertos and beautifully decorated skeleton movements found in today’s luxury watches which first inspired her iconic SKULL watch.
This watch is produced in a limited edition of 12 pieces and is now available for pre-order for delivery in September 2014.
Each watch is hand-made in Switzerland, powered by a Swiss mechanical movement with a 5-day power-reserve and custom black bridges. BLACK SKULL’s hand-decorated 3-layer dial mirrors the aesthetics of the movement underneath, highlighting the mechanical aspect of the watch. Encased in a hand-polished stainless steel skull-shaped case with black PVD coating, the watch is complimented by a hand-made leather wrist-band.
